Who we are

What we collect
When you use the planner, your puppy and routine information is stored on your device. If you buy Puppy Planner, Stripe processes your payment and provides us with the information needed to confirm your purchase, such as your email address and payment status. We do not receive or store your card details.
Cookies and advertising
We use essential local storage so the website and planner can work. We only load Meta and UTMify marketing measurement after you choose “Accept marketing” in the cookie banner. This can help us understand whether an advert led to a visit or purchase. If you reject it, this browser tracking is not loaded.
How we use information
We use information to provide access to Puppy Planner, process purchases, support customers, keep the service secure and, where you have agreed, measure advertising performance.
Sharing and retention
We use Stripe to process payments, and Meta and UTMify for optional advertising measurement. We keep purchase information only for as long as needed for access, support, accounting and legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us using the email above and we will help.
